ones flood your address book. And except for mobile phone numbers,
people still have landline numbers, MSN, Facebook, and QQ. How can
you record all their birthdays, home addresses, and business names?
Not to mention some of them frequently change phone numbers and home
addresses! For all these problems, iTools offers you a perfect
solution! iTools helps you to manage and backup your contacts
smoothly and intelligently.

Here are instructions for managing and backing up contacts on iPhone:
Please start iTools on your computer and connect your iOS device
after successful installation.
By default, iTools can
automatically detect your iOS device. If you have not connected your
iOS device to your computer or your iOS device cannot be recognized,
you will see "Connected but not recognized" on the interface.
Some
reasons why the device cannot be recognized:
After successful connection, please click Device > Info > Contacts.
After successful login, you will find that you can not
only check your contacts, basic mobile numbers, and contact groups
and create groups, but you can also add contacts, export, and import
contacts. You can even merge all contact records from multiple
repeat contacts into a single contact.
The content above the frame will be shown by a scroll bar. If you want to delete any records, you just need to click the button on its right side.
You can see 'Refresh', 'Delete', 'Edit Contact', and 'Add to Group' buttons. When you select a new group, you can add contacts to that group. it can still appear in the contact list at the same time, but not in different new groups.
You can import all your contacts from your computer to your iOS device, and there are two methods for you to choose from. The contacts will appear in the list after import.
You can click a contact to export it alone, or press the "Ctrl" button on your keyboard and click a contact to export multiple contacts. If you want to export all contacts, you can check the box at the top left to select all, then click "export" to export all contacts once and for all. In this way, you can backup iPhone contacts easily and smartly.
Check the box in front of the contacts or the "Select All" box in the top left, then click the "Delete" button to remove unnecessary contacts.
Click the "Refresh" button to re-request contacts from your device.
If there are more than two repeat contacts, You can click the
"merge" button, then all contacts with the same name will appear.
When
you click the "Deduplicate" button at the bottom, all the
information from the repeating contacts can be merged into the first
contacts.
If you want to find the contacts you need from your long contact
list, you can click the search box and enter the contact name, and
you will find the contacts quickly.
As you can see,
iTools gives you an easier way to backup your contacts than iTunes
or iCloud. Since iTunes and iCloud can't back up contacts alone,
they back up everything on your iPhone when you just want to back up
contacts. And when you want to restore your contacts, the content
from iTunes and iCloud will overwrite the existing files and data on
your iPhone, which is annoying. but with iTools, you can backup your
contacts by yourself and restore them without any data loss on your
iPhone. If you found this guide useful for you, please share it with
