Transfer photos from iPhone to PC

Connect your device

Please start iTools on your computer and connect your iOS device after successful installation. By default, iTools can automatically detect your iOS device. If you have not connected your iOS device to your computer or your iOS device cannot be recognized, you will see "Connected but not recognized" on the interface.

Some reasons why the device cannot be recognized:

  1. Abnormal USB interface and cable. You need to change another USB cable to plug it back in or change to another USB interface.
  2. Drive component problems. You need to fix the driver.
  3. For any other problem, you can contact us to get it resolved.

After successful connection, please click Device>Photo>photo

Check Photos

You can check your photos in ascending order or descending order.

Click two buttons on the top right corner you can choose to view by month or view by date.

Slide show

You can choose “slide Show” if you want to go through all the photos on your device slowly. This way, you can enjoy all your photos and free your hands.

Import photos

If you want to import your photos, you need to FotoTrans App on your iPhone to help iTools to transfer your photos.

Click the “I Agree” button on the pop-up frame and wait until it installs.

After FotoTrans is installed successfully, launch it on your device, now you can transfer any photos you like.

Export photos

Export: Click the photo you need to export and select it. To select more, press the “Ctrl” key on the keyboard. Then click the “Export” button and select the location you want to store on your computer. Using this way, you can transfer all the photos to your computer or just transfer them selectively.

Export all the photos on a certain date: You can click the box before the date and you can transfer photos on this certain date from iPhone to PC.

Export all: Click the “Select All” button on the navigation bar to select and export all the photos.

How to export the photos on iCloud?

After transferring a photo from your device to iCloud, the photo becomes a thumbnail on your device. iTools will tag these photos. You need to download these photos to your device first, then click "Export".

Delete photos

Regardless of your device system, you can delete photos on your device through iTools. Just like how you export photos, you can select single, select multiple, select by time, or select all, then click the "Delete" button to easily delete all unnecessary photos.

Undeletable files: Live photos and photos uploaded to iCloud.

Refresh

Click the "Refresh" button to re-request the latest photos of your device.

Live Photo Maker

Click the "Live Photo" button to create a live photo. Select JPG and MOV files and start creating live photos. It only supports content suitable for live image generation, otherwise, it will crash.
